Sashi joined the bank in 1996 and is currently the group head and \u2018Change Agent\u2019 of the bank.<\/p>\n<p>Sashi joined the bank in 1996 as a manager in the finance function and has overall experience of 29 years. He became business head \u2014 finance in 1999 and was appointed as chief financial officer in 2008.\u00a0Sashi was elevated to the position of \u2018Change Agent\u2019 in August 2019 and currently heads the functions of finance, human resources, legal &amp; secretarial, administration, infrastructure, corporate communications and corporate social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>This ensures continuity and stability.
