\n\tIRB InvIT Fund<\/a> has recorded a gross income of Rs198cr during June 2020 (Q1FY21) quarter, which declined compared to Rs323cr in the corresponding period of the previous year. In the quarter under review, EBITDA more than halved to Rs142cr against Rs254cr of Q1FY20.<\/p>\n

Talking about Q1 performance, Vinod Kumar Menon, Executive Director & CEO of the Investment Manager said, \u201cWe had only 72 days operations in the first quarter of FY21 and that too under strict lockdown restrictions mandated by the Govt. Authorities, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19 Pandemic environment across the Nation. It seems that now, post relaxations are allowed in phased manners, the operations have started picking pace and normalcy is insight. Toll collections for our portfolio have reached ~83% on yoy basis in June 2020 and continue to improve further.\u201d<\/p>\n

IRB InvIT which is the country’s first listed Infrastructure Investment Trust said on Thursday that board has declared a distribution of ~Rs87cr to the Unit Holders translating into a payout of Rs1.50 per unit for Q1. This comprises of Rs1.50 per unit as Interest.<\/p>\n

The InvIT has set August 25, 2020, as the record date for distribution and the same will be paid to the unitholders on or before September 03, 2020.<\/p>\n

On Sensex, IRB InvIT stock settled at Rs39.75 per piece up 4.61%.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
