Sodium Extended-Release (ER) Tablets USP, 250 mg and 500 mg, having received an approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The product will be manufactured at Lupin\u2019s Nagpur facility in India.<\/p>\n<p>Lupin Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,035.85, down by Rs4.9 or 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs1,040.75 on the BSE.<\/p>\n<p>Divalproex Sodium ER Tablets USP, 250 mg and 500 mg, is the generic equivalent of Depakote Extended Release (ER) Tablets, 250 mg and 500 mg, of AbbVie Inc., indicated for:<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u2022 Acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder, with or without psychotic features<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u2022 Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy of complex partial seizures and simple and complex absence seizures; adjunctive therapy in patients with multiple seizure types that include absence seizures<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u2022 Prophylaxis of migraine headaches<\/p>\n<p>Divalproex Sodium Extended-Release (ER) Tablets USP (RLD: Depakote ER) had annual sales of approximately USD 130 million in the US, as per IQVIA MAT July 2020).<\/p>\n<p>The scrip
