With no clarity on when Delhi hotels will open, ITC Maurya this week started \u201cGourmet Couch Menu\u201d on demand of patrons who can now call and order dishes from its signature restaurants like Dum Pukht and Bukhara. \u201cWe are offering takeaway menu and delivery (for order) over Rs 5,000 in a 15-km radius,\u201d said an official.
\u201cGourmet couch menu consists of a medley of the finest cuisines from the signature restaurants at ITC Maurya. The newly launched Gourmet Couch menu has some of the iconic dishes such as Dal Bukhara, Sikandari Raan, Barrah Kebab, Dum Pukht Biryani, Gucchi Pulao etc. These dishes have been served to the world leaders and head of states who have visited India and stayed at the ITC Maurya,\u201d the hotel said in a statement.

Earlier during the lockdown, ITC Maurya had launched \u201cflavours menu\u201d under its responsible dining initiatives for takeaways. It recently partnered with on-demand delivery platform Swiggy. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
