Namit Khanna is a man of many talents. After his role in Sanjivani, the actor decided to utilize his time productively during the lockdown. He happens to be a photographer and has also been learning Spanish all by himself through an app. The actor has also been trying his hand at editing videos that he recorded throughout years of his travel. With the pandemic still lingering, a lot of people have lost their jobs and many of them from the industry have been facing massive pay cuts in their remuneration.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the same, Namit Khanna says, \u201cIt\u2019s so sad and it\u2019s like an excuse at the end of the day. People have worked hard to get a certain amount of pay and the amount of work has not reduced. You\u2019re using the actor or the crew member for their experience to make a product but you\u2019re not paying them for their work. It\u2019s just unfair, I feel. Pay cuts and undercutting is a major concern in all the industries. I have experienced it in my modelling days as well, there used to be foreign models who would work for half the price. It\u2019s unacceptable unless the scenario is different where the work hours are lessened. If there\u2019s less pressure then it\u2019s understandable and if I remember correctly, CINTAA had sent a notice across that there shouldn\u2019t be any pay cuts. So, it has been said officially as well; but it just boils down to the individual.\u201d<\/p>\n
