Shrenu Parikh of Ishqbaaz recently was diagnosed as COVID-19 positive and was admitted to a hospital in Vadodra. The actress is now back home and is quarantining as a precautionary measure. She recently opened up about her experience of dealing with the disease and how she had multiple symptoms despite the fact that she barely stepped out once after she reached there on May 6. She says that initially, she had a bit of cough that she assumed was normal viral. After a few days, she had a fever that raised suspicion for her and later on she lost her sense of smell.<\/p>\n

The actress woke up feeling fine one day but that was short-lived since the doctor called her to tell her that she has been tested positive. Before that, she was in denial since she did not step out of the house. As soon as she got the news, she informed her parents and asked them not to panic. The next thing she did was to inform everyone who had come in contact with her to get themselves tested. Luckily, all of them tested negative. However, when she was admitted to the hospital she broke down on multiple occasions but did not do that once in front of the family. Her time in the hospital gave her a lot of time to ponder and she couldn\u2019t help but praise the entire staff since they dealt with her with utmost care. Shrenu even said that they would handle her when she panicked to take the injections. Saluting their commendable efforts, Shrenu Parikh couldn\u2019t be more grateful for the staff.<\/p>\n
