স্বাস্থ্য ভবনে ফোন করলে তারা জানান, বেসরকারি ল্যাবরেটরি এখনও করোনা পজেটিভ বা করোনা আক্রান্তের নাম তাদের কাছে পাঠায়নি । তাদের কাছের নাম পাঠালে তারপর তারা ফোন করে জানাবেন, কোথায় ভর্তি করতে হবে। কিছু উপায় না পেয়ে ফের বাগবাজারের বাড়িতে ফিরে যান মহিলা।
