Until 2019, Naveen Tahilyani served as the CEO of Hong Kong’s AIA Group’s partnership business distribution. He played a vital role in enhancing AIA’s partnership distribution for AIA companies. Before that, he served as the CEO and Managing Director of Tata AIA from 2015 to 2018. Naveen helped build an efficient work culture, provided a strong multi-distribution business, profitable growth, a strong leadership team, and the best first-class customer experience.
Tata AIA was recognized as the fastest-growing company in the Indian market, and its ranking based on individual weighted new business premium [IWNBP] rose from 17th to 5th. Under Naveen’s leadership, Tata AIA won the AON Best Employer Award twice in a row and won the AIA Most Outstanding National Award in 2017.
After serving as the CEO of Hong Kong’s AIA Group’s partnership business distribution, Naveen joined Axis Bank as Group head in-charge of transformation and has quit within seven months of service with India’s third-largest private lender.
