
DCB Bank announced its quarterly results on August 8, 2020. Total income grew by 0.7% yoy to Rs950.7cr in Q1FY21 from Rs944.46cr in Q1FY20. Net interest income (NII) stood at Rs306.73cr which witnessed a growth of 0.6% yoy,as against Rs304.75cr it had reported in Q1FY20. Operating profit for Q1FY21 stood at Rs191.14cr which increased by 14.8% yoy as against Rs166.54cr inQ1FY20.
Provisions and contingencies increased by 105.9% yoy to Rs83.69cr in Q1FY21, as against Rs40.64cr in Q1FY20.
Profit after tax stood at Rs79.38cr for the quarter ending June 2020. It declined by 2.1% yoy, as compared to Rs 81.1cr it had reported in Q1FY20.
Gross NPA in Q1FY21 stood at Rs621.79cr registering a decline of 1.5% qoq. Net NPA in Q1FY21 came in at Rs248.53cr witnessing a decline of 15.3% qoq. Gross NPA (%) stood at 2.44% in Q1FY21, which declined by 2bps qoq as against 2.46% in previous quarter. Net NPA (%) stood at 0.99% in Q1FY21 which declined by 17bps qoq, compared to 1.16% in previous quarter. Capital adequacy ratio (%) stood at 17.91% in Q1FY21 that increased by 16bps qoq, as against 17.75% in previous quarter.
On Friday, the share closed at Rs83 with gains of 3.36% on BSE.
