Ahluwalia Contracts secures new order worth Rs323cr; stock ends higher

Ahluwalia Contracts has secured a new order worth approximately Rs323cr on Monday, for construction of 240 beds in hospital building of Dr Radha Krishnan Medical College and Hospital at Hamirpur district.

In its regulatory filing, the company said, “We are pleased to inform you that Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has secured new order aggregating to Rs323.32cr (approx.) for Construction of 240 Beds Hospital Building of Dr Radha Krishnan Medical College and Hospital at Hamirpur Dist. Hamirpur (HP), work awarded from CPWD, Hamirpur Project Division (HP) – 177001.”

So far in FY21, the company’s total order inflow now stands at Rs712.82cr.

On Sensex, the company’s stock ended at Rs256.35 per piece surging by 1.10%.

The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs264.20 per piece and Rs250.05 per piece respectively.
